MSHA New Miner Training

All new employees who have never completed MSHA training are required to participate in the New Miner course that covers the 30 CFR Part 48 Metal/Non-Metal/ Coal Surface Miners.  This course covers the aspects of New Miner health and safety for both owners and operators. 

This Course can be conducted either at our state-of-the-art training facility or onsite at your location. This course is also available in both English and Spanish. Our goal is to give you the best training possible, and in the best way possible so that all your employees are safe and those around them are safe as well.   Participants will be required to have a site tour prior to the completion of the course that is conducted by an authorized MSHA instructor.

Upon completion of this course, the participants will receive their MSHA 5000-23 form. Which is good for a year and then needs to be renewed through the 8-hour annual refresher course.
